The technical data reflect everyday cable assembly. Up to 500 mm diameter and 20 kg, the unwinder handles the common cable spools that are hard to roll off by hand in a controlled way at the cutting or test bench.
The 76 mm standard core covers many commercial spools; differing core and spool diameters are solved with special mounts. The 100 mm web width suits many cables and tubing, and wider coils are built as a special version.
Where standard sizes fall short, for instance with very fine stranded wire or thick multi-core cable, we design the special version together. You then receive a mount that matches your material and your line exactly.
